We dove headfirst into Sweden’s healthcare system, talking to hospitals, startups, and agencies. We asked every question, searched for friction points, and uncovered deeper challenges, not yet focused on global mobility, but already obsessed with solving real problems.
From hospitals to corporates, everyone said the same thing: ‘We can’t find the high-skilled talent we need.’ The real barrier wasn’t people, it was access. Slow, fragmented systems stood in the way. That question ignited us: What if we could change that?

Today, we’re piloting the platform. Balancing full-time studies with relentless outreach, we spend every free hour with HR teams, legal experts, startups, and internationals, mapping broken systems and testing solutions built for speed, trust, and scale.
We’re just getting started. Our vision is to democratize access to opportunities and transform how the world thinks about permits. From the Nordics to Europe and beyond, Permly is building a scalable rule engine for global mobility.
